Information:The MacLean who lived here was known as 'The Glasgow Boy' because he worked in Glasgow. He had two sons who were both lost on the same boat in the Second World War - AMcK.

The Glasgow Boy, Iain MacLean, had worked in the Kingston Docks in Glasgow. He married a MacPhail from Croish, whose brother, Iain had the croft Croit MhicLeòid or Croit Galbraith or Croit Iain Mhòir, Balevullin. They had a number of children, Criùtha a' Ghlaschu - among them Iain, and possibly Neil - Jean MacCallum, Balevullin, 6/2011.
