Information:On the shore side of the Dun there is a small level ledge called Leapaidh an Fhoimheir [the giant’s bed]. It was called Leapaidh Fear Fàire by Donald Chaluim Bain – the bed of the lookout, as there is a fang below it - DMcC.
One of the inhabitants of the fort was seven foot tall. People used to come and see him from all over the island - GK.
