Neil MacPhail’s father went to Ireland one day on a Tiree smack. It was a hot day and when they landed he walked up the shore to a house where he asked an old woman for a drink of water. “You can have some fresh milk,” she replied. So he sat down and started to drink. A pig came into the house and started to push him. “He recognises me,” said MacPhail. “He recognises the bowl!” said the woman.
