Information:Am Bruthach 'the slope': the field immediately to the south of Bealach na Gaoitheadh on the main road into Caolas. The main section of the old runrig township of Caolas (Turnbull’s ‘Kelis Village’) was on that slope. The ‘village’ straggled westwards up to Crois, and eastwards to ‘Coll View' - DM
